A P&C company is seeking a FCAS or very near FCAS with 10+ years of experience to be their next Director, Reserving. This individual will lead the end-to-end production of all reserving reporting, including internal management reporting & external disclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting & data management processes as well as demonstrated experience leading reporting transformation & automation initiatives. A salary range of $152 - $190K
